Hua Yuan Executive Club Event - Round-table Discussion With Mainstream VC And Law Firms

This by-invitation-only dinner and round-table forum is organized by Hua Yuan Executive Club (HYEC) and sponsored by O’Melveny & Myers. The main theme of this round-table discussion is the challenging issues faced by the start-up companies at a later stage, such as how to structure a balanced management team, how to effectively communicate with the board of directors, how to manage investors’ expectation, etc. As the tradition of our EC events, you are also welcome to share your experiences, successes and frustrations.

At this event, you will have the opportunity of face-to-face discussion with entrepreneurs, investors, and professionals who are experienced in dealing with such issues. We have also invited mainstream VC firms and private equity firms, such as Warburg Pincus, Sequoia, NEA, Mayfield and more. We believe this is going to be another interesting event of HYEC.
